As an experienced exercise to music instructor, I combine high-energy music with vigorous workouts to create a supportive, challenging and rewarding experience tailored to your fitness level and goals.

Lift  and Burn

Location: Stanford in the Vale Village Hall, Hunters Field, Stanford in the Vale, Faringdon, UK

Time: Wednesday 5:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Did you know that resistance training is one of the most effective ways to boost your metabolism and transform your body composition? Lifting weights doesn’t just build strength—it torches calories, sculpts lean muscle, and keeps your metabolism fired up long after you leave the gym. That’s why I’m passionate about helping people discover the power of weights combined with high-intensity training.

My Wednesday evening session is a dynamic, group-style PT session from 5:15-6:00 p.m. This class is for everyone, no matter your fitness background. Join us to lift, burn, and build the strong, energized body you deserve.

{I have been attending PT sessions with Claire for around a month since 29/01/2024 (attending just over 10 sessions together) and I can honestly say these sessions have been a game changer for me! I can say I am definitely noticing a difference not only physically but mentally too. Claire has vast knowledge regarding exercises to work specific areas of the body and furthermore, importantly advises and supports with perfecting your form, which for me has been a struggle in the past. Claire really gets to know you, as an individual and greeted with such a warm welcome each time and I can always say I feel thoroughly supported in each session and come aware feeling positive and motivated in my fitness journey. Most importantly, Claire makes exercising fun and enjoyable with her brilliant sense of humour! These sessions have really helped my self-confidence and generally increasing my positive self-talk. I have further learnt how to fuel my body properly with the right foods and nutrition. I have really noticed such a positive impact that these sessions have had physically and mentally and would highly recommend Claire 💪🏻

Although we haven’t been working long. From the first conversation we had I knew that Claire would be amazing! I think having a good personality and bubbly energy just already makes you good at what you do. I’ve loved every session we have had, always something new to learn or do!
