Saturday Morning Fitness

Location: Stanford in the Vale Village Hall, Hunters Field, Stanford in the Vale, Faringdon, UK

Time: Saturdays at 8:00 a.m.

Jumpstart your weekend with our Saturday Morning Circuit Training! This high-intensity, circuit-style class features 10 diverse stations incorporating dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes, this class is designed to build strength, enhance cardiovascular fitness, and boost endurance.

Learn to Lift

Location: Stanford in the Vale Village Hall, Hunters Field, Stanford in the Vale, Faringdon, UK

Time:  Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Did you know that nearly 25% of people will experience sarcopenia—age-related muscle loss—by their late sixties, and 40% by age 80? Sarcopenia isn’t just about lost strength; it also increases the risk of falls and can shorten lifespan. That’s why I’m on a mission to get more people lifting weights, especially as they age.

My Saturday morning session is a focused, group-style PT session from 9:00-10:00. This class is for everyone, no matter your fitness background. Join us to protect your muscles and build strength for lifelong health.

I have had both personal training sessions with Claire and attend her pilates classes. She is a really good teacher, able to identify your needs and modify exercises for your needs whilst helping you to improve.
Classes are a lot of fun with a relaxed atmosphere.
I’m really pleased with the progress I have made with Claire and enjoy her sessions a lot. I really recommend her!

I’ve been doing PT 1:1 with Claire for a few weeks now and she’s been great. I have a laugh whilst working out but she still pushes me! I would happily recommend Claire 🙂

I really enjoy working with Claire. I’m not looking to do anything crazy or train for a particular event, just general fitness and well-being and Claire understands that. She pushes me so that I’m always making progress but in a way that is encouraging and motivating. I also attend Claire’s Pilates class which I really enjoy.
Training with Claire has boosted my confidence, improved my mental health and is a total giggle at times! Totally recommend her.
