As an experienced exercise to music instructor, I combine high-energy music with vigorous workouts to create a supportive, challenging and rewarding experience tailored to your fitness level and goals.

Lift  and Burn

Location: Stanford in the Vale Village Hall, Hunters Field, Stanford in the Vale, Faringdon, UK

Time: Wednesday 5:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Did you know that resistance training is one of the most effective ways to boost your metabolism and transform your body composition? Lifting weights doesn’t just build strength—it torches calories, sculpts lean muscle, and keeps your metabolism fired up long after you leave the gym. That’s why I’m passionate about helping people discover the power of weights combined with high-intensity training.

My Wednesday evening session is a dynamic, group-style PT session from 5:15-6:00 p.m. This class is for everyone, no matter your fitness background. Join us to lift, burn, and build the strong, energized body you deserve.

{I have had both personal training sessions with Claire and attend her pilates classes. She is a really good teacher, able to identify your needs and modify exercises for your needs whilst helping you to improve. Classes are a lot of fun with a relaxed atmosphere. I’m really pleased with the progress I have made with Claire and enjoy her sessions a lot. I really recommend her!

Although we haven’t been working long. From the first conversation we had I knew that Claire would be amazing! I think having a good personality and bubbly energy just already makes you good at what you do. I’ve loved every session we have had, always something new to learn or do!

I’ve been doing PT 1:1 with Claire for a few weeks now and she’s been great. I have a laugh whilst working out but she still pushes me! I would happily recommend Claire 🙂
