Saturday Morning Fitness

Jumpstart your weekend with our Saturday Morning Circuit Training! This high-intensity, circuit-style class features 10 diverse stations incorporating dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes, this class is designed to build strength, enhance cardiovascular fitness, and boost endurance.
