Fit Treat Oct ‘22: And what a treat it was! Claire and the team ensured we all had a fabulous day from beginning to end. I can’t say I wasn’t a bit apprehensive about attending, whether my abilities would suit the exercises but Claire made sure no-one would feel like this and there were adaptations for each exercise . Food was outstanding as was the wonderful experience of meeting new people. So highly recommended and will be there for the next one.

I booked a place on Claire’s French retreat set in the stunning Bordeaux region.  The retreat offered amazing accommodation, beautiful views, calmness and was thoroughly relaxing.  It was lovely to have the option of two excursions to see the countryside and market place.  Classes were mixed and gave you a lovely option to do as much or as little as you wished. Blessed with great weather the venues beautiful salt pool was thoroughly enjoyed.  Whether with friends or making new ones, this pilates and yoga retreat was a really good break.

Whilst the venue and food were wonderful, it is Claire who made the retreat so special. She is such a caring and authentic teacher who created an inclusive, fun and safe space for us all to relax, recharge, share, and emerge afterwards feeling inspired and stronger in body and spirit. I was lucky enough to attend Claire’s Welsh retreat in 2024.  From the wonderful healthy food, which was so nourishing and filling, to a mix of very special Pilates classes bringing attention, focus and relaxation to the forefront.  Accommodation is on a shared basis and is set within stunning Welsh scenery.  If you want to give your mind body and soul a treat then you need this in your life.  Highly recommend.
