Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions form part of your agreement with Claire Hunt for booking and attending sessions.

Purchasing Sessions and Bookings

Sessions can now be conveniently booked through the website booking system. By booking through the website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Sessions can be held at my home or online.

Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking through the website booking system. Session costs:

• £50 per hour for bookings made a month in advance.
• £55 per hour for “ad hoc” bookings. Bulk buy discounts may be available from time to time. All block bookings will come with an expiry date and must be used within that time frame.

Session Cancellations and Transfers

• Sessions can be transferred or cancelled with up to 24 hours notice before they start.
• If I fail to give you 24 hours’ prior notice of any cancellation, you will be entitled to a replacement session at a mutually agreeable time.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation of personal training sessions. Failure to provide this notice may result in the loss of that session, with no refund issued.
• Any rearranged cancelled sessions will be rescheduled within 7 days at a mutually agreed time.

Lateness

If I am more than 10 minutes late for your session, the time will be added to the end of that session or rescheduled for another time. If you are late for your session, the session will be reduced accordingly. If you are more than 25 minutes late, the session may be canceled, and you may lose that session without a refund.

Refunds

If you are unable to complete any PT sessions for medical reasons, you will be given a refund on any outstanding sessions, subject to agreement. If I am unable to continue with your sessions due to injury, you will be given a full refund for any outstanding sessions.

Group Sessions

For groups of two, the session cost will be £70 per hour.

Booking

• By booking through the website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
• Bookings made through the website are subject to availability.
• Claire Hunt reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a replacement session or a refund.
• Any personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
