Sound healing is a deeply restorative practice that uses vibration, tone, and stillness to support relaxation and inner balance. Through the pure frequencies of crystal singing bowls, each session invites your body and mind to soften, slow down, and settle.
My sound healing sessions are designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a quieter, calmer space. Whether you come to a group sound bath or a private session, you are welcome exactly as you are.
What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing uses carefully chosen tones and vibrations to support deep relaxation. During a session, you simply lie down or sit comfortably while the sounds of crystal singing bowls wash over and around you.
You do not need to do anything, perform anything, or “clear your mind”. The practice is about receiving. The sound creates a soothing environment where your nervous system can begin to settle and your body can move into a state of rest.
Many people describe sound healing as calming, grounding, meditative, or emotionally releasing. For some, it feels like a deep rest. For others, it offers space to reconnect with themselves after a busy or stressful period.

Modern life asks a lot from us. Many of us spend our days rushing, thinking, planning, caring, working, and holding tension without even realising it.
Sound healing offers a different rhythm.
The gentle vibration of crystal singing bowls can help create the conditions for stillness, softness, and release. It is a chance to put everything down for a while and come back to yourself.
My approach is warm, grounded, and accessible. You do not need any experience of meditation, yoga, or sound healing. You simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow the sound to support you.

Each sound healing session is designed to feel safe, spacious, and deeply restful.
You will be invited to lie down or sit in a comfortable position, usually with a mat, blanket, and any props you need to feel supported. Once you are settled, I will guide you into the session with gentle breath awareness or relaxation.
The crystal singing bowls create layered tones and vibrations that move through the space. You may notice sensations in the body, shifts in your breathing, emotions rising and passing, or simply a sense of drifting into rest.
At the end, there will be time to gently return, ground yourself, and ease back into the rest of your day.
Private sound healing sessions
Private sound healing sessions offer a more personal experience, shaped around your needs on the day.
You may be feeling stressed, overwhelmed, tired, emotionally full, or simply in need of deep rest. A private session gives you space to arrive as you are and receive a practice that supports you gently and individually.
These sessions are especially suited to anyone who prefers a quieter one-to-one setting or would like a more tailored approach.
