Being new to PT, I was fortunate enough to secure slots with Claire who took time to understand my goals and talk in depth with me about diet and areas to focus for my fitness and strength. Claire is always thoughtful about every session and has gone the extra mile with me since I have started working with her. I booked a place on Claire’s French retreat set in the stunning Bordeaux region.  The retreat offered amazing accommodation, beautiful views, calmness and was thoroughly relaxing.  It was lovely to have the option of two excursions to see the countryside and market place.  Classes were mixed and gave you a lovely option to do as much or as little as you wished. Blessed with great weather the venues beautiful salt pool was thoroughly enjoyed.  Whether with friends or making new ones, this pilates and yoga retreat was a really good break.

Personal training and pilates with Claire has completely changed how I feel about my body. Over the last 6 years I’ve struggled to find a competent Pilates teacher in the Oxford area. I tried Claire’s Thursday evening class Autumn 2021, and became a regular ever since. Class sizes are small which means Claire can really focus on individuals needs. Claire knows how to push you enough so that each session you can see progress in your own abilities. Classes are friendly, fun and significantly contributes to improved mental health.

I have been attending PT sessions with Claire for around a month since 29/01/2024 (attending just over 10 sessions together) and I can honestly say these sessions have been a game changer for me! I can say I am definitely noticing a difference not only physically but mentally too. Claire has vast knowledge regarding exercises to work specific areas of the body and furthermore, importantly advises and supports with perfecting your form, which for me has been a struggle in the past.

Claire really gets to know you, as an individual and greeted with such a warm welcome each time and I can always say I feel thoroughly supported in each session and come aware feeling positive and motivated in my fitness journey. Most importantly, Claire makes exercising fun and enjoyable with her brilliant sense of humour! These sessions have really helped my self-confidence and generally increasing my positive self-talk. I have further learnt how to fuel my body properly with the right foods and nutrition. I have really noticed such a positive impact that these sessions have had physically and mentally and would highly recommend Claire 💪🏻

I enjoy Claire’s workouts as they are so beneficial to works those areas much needed. I fully recommend Claire, as she gives us all great workouts that can be as tough as we like! Claire is extremely professional, especially online, keeping an eye of our postures, making sure we are all safely working out. Claire has been an incredible teacher. She ensures you have a good level of challenge whilst working within your own ability. Having equipment to use within the session always adds an element of fun and keeps things exciting! Definitely the highlight of my week and would highly recommend.

I do Pilates with Claire Hunt on a Tuesday evening and being a woman in my late 50s and not so flexible and carrying extra pounds, I have found Claire to be a totally brilliant instructor. She is supportive and encouraging, giving me tips and pointers all the time to help me. She has an amazing sense of humour making her classes a complete joy.

I didn’t think Pilates was for me but Claire has made me love it and I know I am improving. Just thank you Claire 😊

What can I say about Claire, well, she’s AMAZING! I highly recommend her, book now!
I’ve had 1:1 sessions with her for just over 4 months and I have thoroughly enjoyed them all, apart from the first Tabata session we did, really didn’t like that but came to sort of love them!
Claire takes time at the beginning to fully understand what you want out of your sessions and is professional, friendly, patient and motivational. All sessions are different and aimed at you achieving your goals, she fully explains and demonstrates techniques to you and her beady eye doesn’t miss anything, so you definitely get the most out of every session.

I did the 6-week trim and burn programme with Claire and it was just the boost I needed to get back into enjoying exercise and seeing the effects after 3 kids and no motivation for a few years. I was looking to lose weight and get stronger and feel fitter and the programme did all of these. Claire is so supportive and it’s easy to see she genuinely cares that you get to your end goal. It’s not an exaggeration to say that Claire has changed my life for the better. I wasn’t expecting to feel so much more energetic and genuinely look forward to each session so much. I cannot recommend enough. I have now finished my 6 week face to face sessions but continued to have a programme provided by Claire for me to carry on at home as I loved it so much. My measurements are literally getting smaller by the week but more importantly I feel so much better in myself. Thank you so much Claire. X

I started Pilates with Claire over 2 years ago because of severe pain in my hip and lack of mobility. After a few months I noticed less pain and increasing strength. Now, after two years I have no pain at all on my hip and my strength and mobility has significantly improved. I now attend all of Claire’s Classes that I can get to so do Pilates, Boot Camp and aerobics. For someone who hates to exercise and usually gives up after a few months, this has been a revelation. To go to class where there is so much friendship and laughter but you are making constant progress is brilliant. I can’t recommend Claires classes highly enough!!

Claire provided an excellent well-being and stress management approach to bringing a team through a restructure. Corporate well-being objectives were exceeded and the team benefited from a combination of exercise, meditation and relaxation planning and expertise over a 12 week period. No absence or sickness was reported over the well-being period. Would highly recommend Claire, an engaging practitioner who always goes an additional mile to meet or exceed corporate expectations.
