I started pre-natal Pilates with Claire once in my second trimester of pregnancy, and have absolutely loved her class each week. Throughout my pregnancy I have had various aches and pains and Pilates has been brilliant in helping relieve these, and in building up my core and pelvic floor strength. I really love the use of different apparatus and each week feels fresh and interesting. Claire is extremely knowledgable in explaining the exercises she chooses and why they are particularly useful for expectant mothers. She has also adapted the exercises we do to suit the stage of pregnancy we are at, so it feels very safe and supported. Her relaxed and calm manner and the atmosphere she creates in the classes are a weekly moment of peace and serenity that I really treasure! I’m very much looking forward to starting her post-natal practice and continuing my Pilates journey with Claire.

I had been attending Claire’s pilates classes for just over a year when I fell pregnant. Having known Claire had prenatal and postnatal qualifications in fitness I was keen to continue with my pilates journey. Claire is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, explaining how each move or exercise will help with pregnancy and even labour! As my pregnancy develops, Claire has adapted the exercises to ensure I get full benefit and that both baby and myself are safe. The use of different equipment makes each week fresh and interesting. I would absolutely recommend Claire to any expectant or new mum. I know I will be continuing with my pilates journey with Claire’s help after the arrival of my baby.

Claire comes to our office once a fortnight and run Pilates classes for Infineum colleagues over lunch. Claire is lovely as the instructor and really takes the time to connect with her clients. The classes cater to all experience levels and really are a wonderful way to take a break and look after your wellbeing!

I was lucky enough to attend Claire’s Welsh retreat in 2024.  From the wonderful healthy food, which was so nourishing and filling, to a mix of very special Pilates classes bringing attention, focus and relaxation to the forefront.  Accommodation is on a shared basis and is set within stunning Welsh scenery.  If you want to give your mind body and soul a treat then you need this in your life.  Highly recommend.

I enjoy Claire’s workouts as they are so beneficial to works those areas much needed. I fully recommend Claire, as she gives us all great workouts that can be as tough as we like! Claire is extremely professional, especially online, keeping an eye of our postures, making sure we are all safely working out. Personal training and pilates with Claire has completely changed how I feel about my body. I did the 6-week trim and burn programme with Claire and it was just the boost I needed to get back into enjoying exercise and seeing the effects after 3 kids and no motivation for a few years. I was looking to lose weight and get stronger and feel fitter and the programme did all of these. Claire is so supportive and it’s easy to see she genuinely cares that you get to your end goal. It’s not an exaggeration to say that Claire has changed my life for the better. I wasn’t expecting to feel so much more energetic and genuinely look forward to each session so much. I cannot recommend enough. I have now finished my 6 week face to face sessions but continued to have a programme provided by Claire for me to carry on at home as I loved it so much. What can I say about Claire, well, she’s AMAZING! I highly recommend her, book now!
I’ve had 1:1 sessions with her for just over 4 months and I have thoroughly enjoyed them all, apart from the first Tabata session we did, really didn’t like that but came to sort of love them!
Claire takes time at the beginning to fully understand what you want out of your sessions and is professional, friendly, patient and motivational. All sessions are different and aimed at you achieving your goals, she fully explains and demonstrates techniques to you and her beady eye doesn’t miss anything, so you definitely get the most out of every session.

Signed up with Claire for 6 weeks to help me get in shape for a half marathon and I’m incredibly glad I did. Fit Treat Oct ‘22: And what a treat it was! Claire and the team ensured we all had a fabulous day from beginning to end. I can’t say I wasn’t a bit apprehensive about attending, whether my abilities would suit the exercises but Claire made sure no-one would feel like this and there were adaptations for each exercise . Food was outstanding as was the wonderful experience of meeting new people. So highly recommended and will be there for the next one.

Claire provided an excellent well-being and stress management approach to bringing a team through a restructure. Corporate well-being objectives were exceeded and the team benefited from a combination of exercise, meditation and relaxation planning and expertise over a 12 week period. No absence or sickness was reported over the well-being period. Would highly recommend Claire, an engaging practitioner who always goes an additional mile to meet or exceed corporate expectations.
